About Me
I have been an artist all my life and have practiced photography since I was 15. Imagery felt like a natural way to communicate and share my experiences, especially with the documentation style that photography offers. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a bachelor’s degree in photography and have been running my own business ever since. My camera has taken me all over the world, and has helped me explore even my own city more in depth than I ever would have without it. Coming from an editorial background, I love telling stories through my photos. Whether that is of people, their craft, or environments. As an Atlanta food photographer, I am a regular contributor to the Atlanta Journal Constitution and my work has appeared in other publications such as The Local Palate, Southern Living, Bon Appetite, Atlanta Magazine, Garden & Gun, and more. When I am not taking photos, you can usually find me hiking, stargazing, or doing yoga! I enjoy reading and anything that encourages me to get some fresh air.
